General Policy
Inspirational Hits's general policy is to act as the provider of a traffic exchange system. Inspirational Hits reserves the right to suspend or cancel a Member's access to any or all services provided by if Inspirational Hits determines that the account has been inappropriately used.
You acknowledge Inspirational Hits s not an investment program, multi-level marketing program, High Yield Investment Program "autosurf", randomizer, matrix, pyramid, Ponzi scheme, "get rich quick" scheme, or other similar venture.
The user agrees not to operate hardware or software designed to bypass the systems. When an account is set-up, the user agrees to provide current and accurate information. And agrees that information can be used for admin to make contact with the user. Make sure you add our email: insp-admin@inspirationalhits.website-traffic-ads.com to your contact list before registering otherwise you may not receive your confirmation e-mail (Please use a GMAIL account)and any bounced e-mails will result in account suspension. Any inaccurate information may result in the user's account being removed.
Inspirational Hits forbids anyone from using our services to display sites that may contain anything illegal. This includes pornographic, racist, abusive, or anything that may possibly offend.
You are only allowed one free account. Anyone found with duplicate accounts will have all accounts deleted.
Payment Policies
Member agrees to pay all charges relating to the use of Member's account(s) according to rates and prices stated on said sales order at the time of commencement. All accounts are set up on a pre-pay basis. Inspirational Hits reserves the right to change prices at any time.
Cancellation
All fees paid and purchases are None Re-Fundable as you will be receiving a Service as In Credits, Impressions for your ads.
Lawful Purpose
Members that use our system for illegal activities will have their account(s) immediately canceled without refund of any fees. This applies to paid and free accounts. Member hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Inspirational Hits for any claim resulting from the use of illegal materials.
Password Protection
Member is responsible for all use of their Member account and confidentially of their password. Inspirational Hits will not be responsible for lost, stolen or otherwise compromised passwords.
Disclaimer
Inspirational Hits will not be responsible for any damages your business may suffer. Inspirational Hits cannot and does not exercise any control whatsoever over the information passing through its network or through the Internet. Inspirational Hits reserves the right to revise its policies at any time.
Member understands that Inspirational Hits services may be interrupted for several reasons, including but not limited to: malfunctions, maintenance, improvement or other problems out of our control.
Member understands that it may not receive advance notification of any such interruption of service. Anytime we have a scheduled outage, Member will be notified in advance via e-mail. Inspirational Hits shall not be liable for any delay in or failure to perform the services caused by circumstances entirely beyond its control such as those occasioned by acts of God or other causes or which it could not have reasonably foreseen or any other cause which similarly impedes the providing of service.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding of the parties. Any changes or modifications to this contract thereto are agreed to by both parties upon renewal of services.
